What are your payment methods?
We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, Visa card, Cash and Cheques.
Do repairs come with Warranty?
Yes. All our residential repairs have a warranty - this is limited to the work we have done only, and the time period is governed by the manufacturer. (3 months/6 months/12 months) For commercial applications please call us.
Do you provide quotes?
Yes we can quote you. Usually we will need to come out to quote as there are so many different brands and models and many different things that can go wrong with your appliance, however we will try and give you an idea of the cost over the phone when we can.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we are licensed to carry out the work we undertake, yes we are insured.
When can I call you?
We answer work calls from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday. Outside of these times you can leave a message and we will call you back. We also monitor our Facebook Page messenger and may reply through this if you utilise that service.
How long will it take to repair my appliance?
We are usually on site for about 30 minutes.
Do you carry parts with you?
We stock a wide range of standard parts used for most appliances we repair, if not we will order the part in and get back to you as soon as possible to complete the repair.
Do I have to wait at home all day for you to come?
We can book a time that is convenient for you, usually we will give you a 2 hour time frame, further to that we can call you 30 minutes prior so that you can organise for someone to give us access to the appliance.
Are your technicians vaccinated?
Yes we have technicians who are vaccinated and all our staff follow Covid-19 safe work practices.
